We want you to love your STATE bag as much as we loved making it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
